Friday's "If I Had $1.5 Million" Listing: Figure 1

This week’s “If I Had $1.5 Million” listing is a four-level home in Chevy Chase built in 1911, but completely renovated in the last few years. The property includes an expansion that features a table-spaced kitchen off the dining room with a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a large island. The addition also includes the master suite on the second floor that has a long hallway with closets on both sides. There are three other bedrooms on the second floor and a bedroom and large playroom on the third floor. While the home has been renovated, many of the period details remain including a front porch, heart of pine floors, high ceilings, and a lovely back patio. More details and photos below.
