eNvy, DC's fastest-selling condominium project in the Ballpark District, continues to beat its sales pace records. The 127-unit condominium project developed by Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners and sold and marketed by Urban Pace recently achieved its highest number of sales in March since the project launched, and is now more than 60% sold.
Thanks to eNvy’s substantial investment in virtual reality, beautifully furnished models and extensive video tours, the sales team quickly pivoted to an immersive virtual appointment platform to continue to engage with potential purchasers unable to meet in person. The sales team is still offering one-on-one sales appointments, taking extra safety precautions to abide by CDC recommendations.
In addition to the record sales pace, three new retailers were recently announced as eNvy's ground floor tenants: Chicken & Whiskey, Kilwin’s and 99 Taphouse. They will all be adding to the street level excitement of N and Half Streets, SE. Previously announced Punch Bowl Social will be the anchor retail tenant on Half Street.
Sales began at eNvy only a year ago, and despite current circumstances, the project is still going strong. The attention to detail and high-end finishes give the residences a distinctly boutique feel. Remaining residences feature nine- to ten-foot ceilings, solar shades, adjustable closet systems, elegant hardwood floors by Kahrs, and full-sized appliances. Bathrooms feature illuminated mirrors, glazed porcelain shower tile and hexagon-honed ceramic floor tiling. The residences also feature smart home technology like NEST thermostats and USB outlets, and most have large walk-in closets.
eNvy residents will have a full-service concierge and a fitness center designed and programmed by FX Studios. On-site amenities also include a two-story library space, several resident lounges and a rooftop terrace featuring a kitchen with lounge seating, a dining space and a fireplace. In addition, all residents will have an option to join the neighboring pool for a nominal fee.
The outdoor portion of the terrace boasts additional lounge seating, grills, a TV, fire pit and—the property's most singular amenity—views directly into Nats Park. These incredible amenity spaces provide ample space to stretch out and enjoy some fresh air. Personal storage, bike storage, and underground garage parking are all available at an additional cost.
The building is nearing completion, with move-ins expected to begin in late Spring. Remaining residences at eNvy are priced starting from the low $400s. Curated virtual tours of eNvy's brand new models are available today. Sales are being handled by Urban Pace and to schedule your virtual tour or one-on-one in person appointment, visit eNvy online here, call 202.315.5426, or email eNvy@urbanpace.com.
