City Homes—a timeless collection of 45 multi-level, townhome-style residences in DC's Eckington neighborhood—is now completed and move-in ready. Fifteen of the 45 units are already under contract during presale.
City Homes includes one-, two- and three-bedroom, multi-level floorplans that blend contemporary interiors—featuring oversized windows, modern kitchens, areas for working from home and carefully curated living spaces—with private outdoor living.
Residences feature warm wide-plank flooring, sleek matte black hardware, custom accents and tech-forward solutions like LG Smart WiFi washer and dryer sets, ELFA closet systems and LED under cabinet lighting. One one-bedroom is available for $699,900; two-bedroom homes start from $789,900; and three-bedroom homes start from $999,900.
In addition to the thoughtfully-appointed residences, City Homes features a series of abstract works that will be showcased permanently in residential corridors. The pieces are a local collaboration with three DC-based contemporary artists, exclusively for City Homes.
City Homes is located in Eckington, one of Washington, DC’s oldest neighborhoods, full of historic Victorian homes and a wide variety of established and new commercial highlights. Local favorites include Union Market, Red Hen, Big Bear Café, The Pub & The People and Cotton and Reed. It is also part of the new Quincy Lane development—home to 60,000 square feet of retail (including Brooklyn Boulders climbing gym and Union Kitchen Commissary grocery), flanking a pedestrian-friendly brick paved lane. Quincy Lane is steps from Alethia Tanner Park, the NOMA-Gallaudet Metro station and Metropolitan Branch Trail, and is a 15-minute walk from DC's Union Market.
The City Homes collection is the result of a partnership between internationally renowned interior design firm Cecconi Simone and developer Grosvenor—a prestigious global property group with over 340 years of international experience. Grosvenor has a trusted reputation in the DC area, built over the past 30 years, for creating unique projects in vibrant, transit-oriented urban communities.
On February 26th and 27th, from noon to 3pm, City Homes will celebrate its grand opening where prospective buyers will be welcomed to tour the project and three model homes. Schedule your private appointment by clicking here and join us for the Grand Opening Weekend.
