Online real estate agency Redfin has posted a list of DC and (close-in) Maryland neighborhoods that saw the highest percentage of price reductions in June. The chart includes MLS, FSBO and REO listings where the price was reduced at some point before leaving the market (either sold or removed) in the past 90 days. The DC proper neighborhoods leading the way were Deanwood, Fairmont Heights and Grant Park in Northeast with reductions on 69 percent of the listings.
Here is a look at the rest of the top ten.

Redfin also calculated which neighborhoods had the lowest percentage of price reductions in the area, taking Northern Virginia into account as well. The Clarendon/Courthouse area led the way with only 24 percent of listings having price reductions. The DC neighborhoods in the top ten included Foggy Bottom (29%), Cleveland Park (32%), Trinidad/Ivy City (33%), Logan Circle (34%), Adams Morgan (35%).
