If you are a fan of the Chipotle chain and are looking to buy a condo in Columbia Heights, then Kenyon Square might be your best bet. Prince of Petworth is reporting that the burrito outlet has signed a lease on the remaining ground floor commercial space at the Columbia Heights’ development.
PoP says that there will be a build out that will last approximately three to four months, so don’t start faxing in your order just yet. Unfortunately (to some), Chipotle will not be serving liquor or alcohol at this new franchise like it does at its others.
