Verse is the condominium property at the heart of The Boro, Tysons Corner's first walkable community. The Boro is a 16-acre development offering pedestrian-friendly streets, Greensboro Metro access, everyday conveniences and a diversity of dining experiences. Prior to its delivery this fall, Verse has already become one of the best-selling luxury condominium developments in the DC area, with over sixty percent of its 140 luxury residences sold and an average sale price of $1M.
These early buyers appreciate Verse’s high-end features—including custom kitchens, floor-to-ceiling windows and large private balconies—as well as the overwhelming variety of local businesses and green spaces, including the new one-acre Boro Park.
“I decided to purchase at The Verse because I wanted to live in a neighborhood that is new and growing,” says Nicole Nguyen, who happens to be an optometrist at the future Boro MyEyeDr. “The Boro is going to be an awesome community [and] a lively area for young people, like myself, as well as families.”
Boro Park’s plazas and gardens are surrounded by retail and will host an array of events, including outdoor concerts, movies on the green, markets and festivals. In addition to a new Whole Foods, which will include a food market and outdoor terrace dining, The Boro will soon be home to a curated mix of retailers.
Residents can start their day by walking their dog through Boro Park over to Bluestone Lane for a cup of artisanal coffee and their famous avocado smash toast, get their hair cut at local Tysons’ favorite Colour Bar, take a workout break in Verse’s fitness center, and head over to Flower Child, for a healthy, post-workout meal.
“The Boro will be Tysons' first walkable neighborhood and our early buyers really understand this,” says Mayhood Company Sales Manager Chris Blakemore. “They are as excited as we are about Verse’s success. It’s all about walkability!”
Verse also boasts a host of on-site, hotel-level luxury amenities, including an artfully designed lobby, a one-acre rooftop SkyPark and an expansive, private all-season terrace with communal tables and cocktail seating. Residents have access to a dedicated 24/7 concierge, a hotel-like hospitality suite for owners’ overnight guests, a high-performance fitness studio, pet spa, outdoor pool and resident-only parking area.
Sales for Verse are being handled by Mayhood Company and the sales gallery, located at 8399 Westpark Drive, is open daily from 11am to 5pm. Verse will also host an Open House Champagne Brunch for prospective buyers at the Verse Sales Gallery on May 5th from 11am to 2pm. To RSVP, email sales@versecondos.com.
Sales managers Chris Blakemore and Jennifer Harlow can be contacted at 571-423-0957 or at sales@versecondos.com. For more information, please visit Verse’s website at www.versecondos.com.
