A dozen of the residential units will be committed as affordable for 30 years. Amenities will include a terrace on the 19th floor, and the developer will also make monetary contributions toward development of a park at South Eads Street and Army Navy Drive.
The LCOR-led development is one of a few recent residential projects in northern Virginia which added apartments since first being proposed in the wake of Amazon's impending arrival to the area. SK+I Architects is the designer of the project.
