Another SunTrust Redevelopment: 27 Townhouses Planned For Bank Site in Arlington
NVR Inc., which owns Ryan Homes and NVHomes, is proposing to redevelop the 1.69-acre site surrounding 6711 Lee Highway (map) with 27 three- and four-story townhouses.
The developer is requesting to re-zone the site to allow residential development. There is currently a three-story SunTrust Bank and surface parking at the location.
The townhouses will be constructed in clusters of four and five. Each townhouse will include a two-car garage at the rear; the project will also include 10 street parking spaces for visitors to the development. The Site Plan Review Committee will consider the plan at the end of the month.
