Agent: If Your House Doesn't Sell, I'll Buy It

A real estate agent in Northeast DC is taking persuasive marketing to a new level. Jennifer Myers is apparently willing to buy your house if you cannot sell it before purchasing a new one. (Hat tip to Housing Complex.)
While Myers website reads (in big, bold letters) that she will sell your home or buy it herself, it is unclear how the process works. She notes that when you list your home with her, you receive her “better than risk-free offer” which basically means she will give you a guaranteed price in writing that she will sell your home before you take possession of your next one. However beyond that, it is pretty vague how this works. If you have worked with Jennifer, let us know in the comments section.
