The reasons to buy an iPhone just keep coming.
This morning, home valuation and listing website Zillow.com announced the launch of the Zillow iPhone application. The new application uses GPS technology to show real estate information for homes in a specific area. This means that prospective home buyers strolling around a neighborhood do not have to wait until they get back to a computer to find out relevant information about a property they are interested in.

The application not only gives details for properties that are on the market, but also those that are not, so that the prospective buyer can do his/her own comparisons. And what would a Zillow product be without Zestimates; the site’s popular home valuation estimate function is also available with the new application.
The Zillow application can also be used to search for residential properties by address, neighborhood, zip code or city, even if they are not nearby. The data can be viewed on both a map and in a list format, and users of the iPod Touch can also use this search function.
If you have an iPhone, and want to download the application (for free), visit Apple’s Application Store here.
