The Kennedy Street corridor is a section of DC that has seen a lot of development action in the past few years, and a new condo project looks to add more residences to the strip.
Teabow Residential and United Investments are planning a 30-unit condominium development with roughly 4,800 square feet of commercial space at 710-714 Kennedy Street NW (map). The unit mix would include one- and two-bedrooms, and four of the units would be Inclusionary Zoning for households earning up to 80% of area median income.

As designed by Catarina Ferreira of Architextual, amenities will include a gym and a rooftop dog park. The development will also include some surface parking spaces.
The development team has already filed raze applications for the rowhouses on the site and is aiming to break ground this summer; the project would deliver 14 months later.
