Tysons Corner will soon welcome its first walkable community.
The Boro is a 16-acre development that includes restaurants, an ICON movie theater, a new one acre Boro Park, and a flagship Whole Foods, the largest on the east coast. Anchoring the development are two apartment buildings and a 25-story luxury condo tower called Verse. Verse is drawing a great deal of attention from a variety of buyers looking for a change of lifestyle and, since launching sales in April, has sold more than a third of its homes.
Delivery of Verse is slated for Fall 2019 and they will be hosting an Open House Champagne Brunch for prospective buyers from 11am to 2pm at the Verse Sales Gallery on October 7, 2018. To RSVP, email sales@versecondos.com.
Verse has 140 residences including one bedrooms, two bedrooms, two-bedrooms with dens and a limited number of three bedrooms, with pricing ranging from $500,000 to 2.8M. Architect Robert Sponseller of Shalom Baranes Associates designed the building and interiors were created by international design firm Cecconi Simone. Verse will be contemporary and sophisticated, with open floor plans designed for entertaining and a curated selection of high-end fixtures and materials.
"I chose the Verse because it really offered me everything I wanted in my first condo: new, clean, safe, beautiful design, and the hard to find balance of quiet intimacy within a vibrant metropolitan area," says Michelle Drappi, a young professional who recently bought a home at Verse. "Additionally, it provided me with comfort in a sound decision because there’s nothing like this yet in the Tysons area and it comes with the promise of growth. A place that I can call home and where I can grow with it."
Finishes and features include custom kitchens with Italian cabinetry, chef-caliber concealed appliances, waterfall-edged islands; ceilings up to 12 feet, floor-to-ceiling windows with roller shades and walk in closets; and bathrooms with custom Italian vanities, warm LED edge lighting and expansive frameless glass showers. Verse also boasts large balconies with elegant glass railing panels and panoramic views.
Verse includes a suite of hotel-level luxury amenities. The lobby is replete with warm wood, stone finishes and plush fireside seating. Other common areas include a variety of indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces, such as the one-acre rooftop SkyPark and an expansive, private all-season terrace with communal tables and cocktail seating. Residents have access to a dedicated 24/7 concierge, a hotel-like hospitality suite for owners’ overnight guests, a high-performance fitness studio, pet spa, outdoor pool and secure resident-only garage parking.
The Boro was designed to inspire community and connection, and offers pedestrian-friendly streets, everyday conveniences and a diversity in dining experiences. New restaurants include Tasty Kabob, Bluestone Lane, North Italia, Fish Taco and many more. Verse is located adjacent to the Greensboro Metro station, on the Silver Line.
Sales for The Verse are being handled by Mayhood Company and the sales gallery is open daily 11am to 5pm. Sales managers Chris Blakemore and Jennifer Harlow can be contacted at 571-423-0957 or sales@versecondos.com. For more information on the property, please visit Verse online here.
