Is this close to where one of the Walmarts is planned for? Other than that and its proximity to the Metro, not sure there is alot going on over there.
Close to the Metro but not much else is enticing enough to move there.
In addition to the Denny’s on Benning Road, there’s a Fat Face BBQ on East Capitol Street a couple blocks from here. It’s take out, but pretty good. And as Molly mentioned, a Walmart is going in, but that’s about it.
On the other side of Southern Ave near the Addison Rd. Metro, there is a small shopping center.
