What's Hot: A (Slight) Price Drop For Dianne Feinstein's DC Home | The Plans For a 68-Unit Condo/Townhouse Project in Downtown Bethesda
Prices Continue to Drop at The Erie
A few weeks ago, we posted that the prices had been reduced at a number of the units at The Erie in Adams Morgan. We just got word that those prices have dropped again.
Carl Becker, the principal broker at the development, told UrbanTurf that one-bedrooms initially listed at $554,000 are now selling for $465,000; two-bedrooms originally listed at $1.023 million are now listed for $845,000; and the two-bedroom penthouse that was initially priced at $1.23 million is now available for $1.05 million. These new listing prices do not include parking, which is available for between $35-40k per space. The units will be open this Sunday from 1 to 4pm. See the full brochure below:
The eight-unit condo development was built in 2008 by DB Lee Development, and it sits just off 18th Street at 2351 Champlain Street NW (map). The penthouse features a hot tub, wet bar, half-bath, outdoor shower and a rooftop patio.
