The project, which has been under construction for about a year, includes two two-bedroom units, and a three-bedroom penthouse condo. Two of the residences come with parking, and the penthouse sits on two levels with a walk-in closet and a balcony.

The units range in price from $469,000 to $949,000. For more information, click here.
