New Row House Condo Project in Logan Hits Market Thursday
Living room in unit at 1508 R Street NW
Logan Circle will get a new, albeit small condo project this Thursday. A row house at 1508 R Street NW (map) that was in the same family for 70 years has been converted into three condos by The Rubin Group.

Purchased in late 2010, the project has been under construction for about a year. There will be three one-bedroom/den, two-bath units that will share a courtyard in back. Two of the units will come with parking, and the top-floor condo has 16-foot ceilings and exposed brick that runs from the entrance to the living room.
The Rubin Group has done another three-unit project at 3226 13th Street NW, and is working on five-unit project in Columbia Heights. An event launching sales will take place this Thursday night at 1508 R Street NW, which will benefit Bread For The City. For more information, click here.
