New Renderings For NoMa's 2M, Delivery Expected in October
2 M Street
UrbanTurf got its hands on the latest renderings for 2 M Street, courtesy of Capital Pixel, and learned that the new NoMa apartment building is expected to deliver in October 2013.
2 M Street will be a mixed income project with 314 apartment units (93 affordable units and 221 market rate) and 4,100 square feet of ground floor retail (map). In addition to amenities including a fitness center, basketball court, lounge, and rooftop pool, the project will also have car charging stations and bike racks for 110 bicycles.
Construction on the project began in 2011 and a representative from developer W.C. Smith tells UrbanTurf that move-ins could start by October with pre-leasing to start 60 days prior to delivery.
New renderings are below.
