What Does JBG Have in Store For U Street?
Capital Business reported this morning that JBG Cos. has submitted the highest bid for three vacant parcels along Florida Avenue between 7th and 9th Street NW.
JBG's bid for the three Metro parcels reportedly came in at $11.5 million, more than double the bids from competing firms LaKritz Adler and Jair Lynch Development Partners.

What JBG has in store for the land, however, is unclear. The firm recently broke ground on District Condos, a new 125-unit condo project at 14th and S Streets NW and the company owns a stretch of properties along the 1400 block of U Street.
