100 K Street SE
GH Development has filed plans with the Board of Zoning and Adjustment for a 34-unit residential development with retail at 100 K Street SE. The project, designed by Citadel Design Build, will rise 12 stories with retail on the ground floor. Due to the small size of the lot, the developer is requesting relief from the site’s rear yard requirements.
