85-Unit Mount Pleasant Church Conversion Aims For 2016 Delivery
Exterior rendering of The Mcintyre
The conversion of a church in Mount Pleasant into 85 residential units is aiming to deliver next spring.
Valor Development’s Will Lansing tells UrbanTurf that the conversion of the Meridian Hill Baptist Church at 3146 16th Street NW (map), dubbed The Mcintyre, will have 85 rental apartments instead of the originally planned 70 units. The Historic Preservation Review Board unanimously approved the conversion of the project last year.
