Guess the Price: A Home in the Caribbean With (Quite) A View
In our weekly departure from DC-related real estate fare, we bring back the popular price-guessing game for homes across the globe. This installment is actually a request from an UrbanTurf reader all the way down in the Caribbean who is moving back to the DC area with her husband after a few years on the beach.
Here are some of the specifics: The four-bedroom home has an open living room, two separate offices, and a private guest apartment. The real asset of the property, though, is the massive outdoor porch. Aside from a pretty amazing view, the porch has an infinity pool that blends in with the ocean, a covered gazebo, an outdoor kitchen with a Jen Air grill and a separate charcoal grill, and a dining area in the surrounding garden.
Post your price guesses in the comments section below. The person who also guesses the island this home is on will win a free UrbanTurf t-shirt!
