Former Portugal Consulate Hits the Market
2310 Tracy Place NW
The Kalorama property that used to be home to the Portugal consulate hit the market this past weekend.
The Tracy Place listing (map) has not been on the market in 50 years. It has six bedrooms, two full baths and two half baths and the asking price is $2.7 million. It looks like some renovating needs to be done for it to suitably compare to its tony neighbors, but the 7,500-square foot lots offers a lot of room to work with.
