Deal of the Week: New Two-Bedroom For Under $370K in Shaw
For this week’s Deal of the Week, we head over to the southern edge of Shaw and find a new two-bedroom condo for under $370,000. While you can find other two-bedrooms in Shaw in this price point, this unit qualifies as a deal because the unit is completely new (built in 2009) and offers some nice outdoor space with a small patio and yard in back. There are large windows in the living room, cherry hardwood floors throughout and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The second bedroom is not very big, and could also serve as a home office. The condo fee for this unit is also relatively low at just $131 a month. For the full listing, click here.
