After over 20 years of living at this Logan Circle one-bedroom condo, the current owner is moving abroad, and the listing has garnered more than a little bit of interest since hitting the market.

The 700 square-foot unit sits right on the circle itself and unlike a lot of condos, it has its own entrance from the street. The living room has built-in book cases and space for the massive TV which conveys with the condo, and the kitchen is large, nearly the size of an average single-family home kitchen.

The bathroom also has a large steam shower, and the unit has a high efficiency “point of use” hot water heater and washer/dryer combo.
