One of 48 houses on one-way Walter Street, this two-bedroom rowhouse sits on the close-knit street on the eastern edge of Capitol Hill where new residents receive a “Welcome to the Neighborhood” packet. The home features a wood stove-style fireplace in the living room and a rear patio great for hosting your neighbors for a house-warming. After going under contract in less than a week, it ended up fetching $31,000 above its asking price.
