A by-right development is in the planning stages on the site of a church and three townhouses on Capitol Hill.
Capitol Hill Corner’s Larry Janezich reported this weekend on a 36-unit, by-right project planned for 1341-1349 K Street SE (map). Developer Pecar Properties told an ANC 6B committee last week that the planned completion date for the project is late-2017, and that the firm hasn’t decided if the project will go rental or condo. Because it is by-right, the development will not need approval from the Board of Zoning Adjustment to move forward.
