Capital City is no stranger to H Street as they are the developers of a 25-unit condo development at 301 H Street NE. The 90-foot project will have amenities including a rooftop fitness facility, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, and a yoga studio.
The developers aim for completion of the project about a year and a half after the PUD is approved.
