Georgetown doesn’t go long without a home for sale above the $10 million mark.

While not the largest home in Georgetown, the 6,900 square foot estate sits on a deep lot with a large garden and swimming pool, and has six parking spaces — four surface spaces and a two-car garage. The main floor of the house is filled with formal entertaining spaces while the lower level has rooms more fit for everyday family life. The home is listed with Mark McFadden of Washington Fine Properties.

The most expensive home in the city remains the former Cafritz estate, an eight-bedroom, 11.5-bath mansion at 3030 Chain Bridge Road NW (map), which is listed for $22 million.
