West End

EastBanc was selected by the DC government to redevelop the West End library into a new 11-story building with library, retail and larger condominiums above. A mix of one-bedroom/den, two-bedroom/den and three-bedroom/den are planned with an average size of approximately 1,500 sq. ft. with one garage parking space per unit. Approximately 7,000 sq. ft. of retail is planned for the street level.
