Boathouse
Foggy Bottom
Urban Investment Partners (UIP) redeveloped a ten-story building, purchased from George Washington University for $36 million. The building, used by the university as student housing, was formerly the Howard Johnson hotel that lookouts for the Watergate burglars used during the infamous break-in. The redevelopment was designed by WDG Architecture.
