The Price of a Massive Vegas Penthouse Revealed
Last week, in honor of UrbanTurf’s annual sojourn to Las Vegas to watch the beginning of the NCAA tourney, we chose decadence over reason and asked readers to guess the price of a massive penthouse condo high above The Strip. Here is a brief description of the property for those who missed the post:
“This unit is on two levels, measures out at over 6,400 square feet and has a private pool and jacuzzi on a deck that looks out on the strip. If you like what you see as far as luxury furnishings (pool table, jukebox, aquarium), don’t worry — they are included in the list price.”

We recommended erring on the high side of whatever price range you had in mind, and most of you took that advice. The guesses ranged from a low of $7 million to a high of $19.9 million So how much would you have to plunk down for this property? The price: a cool $10 million. Here is the listing.
