The Best New Listings in the DC Area
This week’s best new listings include a three-bedroom renovated Victorian in the H Street Corridor, a two-bedroom duplex in a Logan Circle townhouse and a large two-bedroom corner unit in Alexandria.
Three-Bedroom Renovated Victorian in the H Street Corridor

1202 G Street NE (see map here)
We like the H Street Corridor, largely because of Granville Moore’s and the mussels that they serve. However, this three-bedroom Victorian home is another reason to appreciate the area. The home has been renovated with a large dining and living area, nine-foot ceilings, hardwood floors and central A/C. Perhaps the only downside is that it is not very close to public transportation. For the full listing, click here.
Two-Bedroom Duplex in Historic Logan Circle Townhouse

1709 13th Street NW, Unit #2 (see map here)
This two-bedroom condo is on the top two floors of a townhouse in Logan Circle. The living area is flooded with light from bay windows and the stainless steel and granite kitchen overlooks this area. Both the bedrooms are moderately sized, but not huge. There is a gas fireplace and a back deck that is small, but good for grilling out. For the full listing, click here.
Large Two-Bedroom Corner Unit in Alexandria

181 Reed Avenue, #411, Alexandria, VA (see map here)
With its 11-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and dark hardwood floors, this two-bedroom corner unit in Alexandria has the feel of a New York City loft. Both bedrooms are large with good closet space, and the living area has a gas fireplace. The listing comes with garage parking, access to a rooftop terrace, gym and extra personal storage.
