Sponsored: Foxhall Ridge’s Model Townhome Hits the Market
A bedroom at Foxhall Ridge.
Foxhall Ridge, a luxury community in DC’s idyllic Palisades neighborhood, debuted its first homes this past spring. Now, with more than 50 percent of the community sold, Foxhall Ridge is offering a one-of-a-kind deal: the opportunity to buy its impeccably decorated Augusta model townhome.
The Augusta, which recently won Home of the Year at the Great American Living Awards, is part of the community's Terraces series and was designed in a brownstone tradition native to historic Palisades. The Augusta is grand and spacious, spread out over four levels and 3,800 square feet. The two-bedroom home has a gourmet kitchen, formal living and dining spaces, family and morning rooms, a fourth floor great room with a double-sided fireplace, a garden and a two-car garage. The townhome also features an expansive rooftop terrace with views of the Washington Monument.

While all Foxhall Ridge homes come standard with details like oak hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances, the Augusta model has all available luxury upgrades already in place, including professional-grade Viking kitchen appliances and an in-home elevator.

In addition to the model, about a dozen Foxhall Ridge townhouses are available for sale. They include both Terraces homes (like the Augusta), which range in price from $1.3 million to $1.9 million; and Enclave homes, which were built in the Federal style and start in the mid $900s.
Foxhall Ridge is located less than a mile from Georgetown’s high-end boutiques and restaurants, and right next to the C&O Canal, a picturesque walkway ideal for walking and biking. In the opposite direction, MacArthur Boulevard has a quaint commercial area with a number of highly-praised restaurants, including Black Salt and Makoto.
