Sponsored: Art of City Living Group Joins Lindsay Reishman Real Estate
Tony Hain and Todd Vassar
Lindsay Reishman Real Estate (LRRE), one of the fasting growing brokerages in downtown DC, has announced the addition of its newest agent team, Tony Hain and Todd Vassar of the art of city living® group.
“The boutique culture, excellent staff support, and transaction management were just a few of the reasons that we made the move,” Tony Hain, founder of the art of city living® group, said. “The unparalleled back-office support allows us to provide better service for our clients and a better quality of life for us as agents.”
Since December, eight agents have joined Lindsay Reishman Real Estate, including three prominent DC teams. In addition to Tony and Todd, LRRE has recently welcomed Matt McHugh and Heather Davenport, Alex DeLorme and Laura Bowman Pimentel, Andy Peers and Holly Utt. These teams joined LRRE not only because of the support staff, but also the company culture. The brokerage looks to bring on agents that add to the boutique culture and are also a good fit in the office.
“The decision to join LRRE boiled down to three things: broker reputation, forward thinking, and unparalleled support,” Andy Peers said. “LRRE’s model gives me the opportunity to focus on what is truly important: my clients.”
The addition of the art of city living® group rounds out the brokerage’s commitment to community. Tony Hain combines his decade of experience in real estate with his background in marketing to bring the best choice of neighborhoods and price to his clients. Prior to working in real estate starting in 2002, Tony created and managed public relations campaigns as an account director at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, bringing a unique marketing angle to his real estate career. Tony is joined by Todd Vassar, a former attorney who brings superior knowledge of contract law to each transaction. Todd earned his Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law and is a licensed Realtor in DC, Maryland and Virginia. Both have lived in Washington for years, in a total of nine neighborhoods, and have a thorough understanding of what DC has to offer for each client.
Lindsay Reishman Real Estate specializes in townhouses, condos and co-ops in some of DC’s most desirable downtown neighborhoods — Logan, Dupont, Adams Morgan and the U Street Corridor — and strives to be the go-to resource for busy working professionals in downtown DC.
