RGIII Buys Loudoun County Mansion For $2.5M
RGIII’s home at Creighton Farms
Robert Griffin III will continue the rehabilitation on his injured knee in some luxurious digs.
Late Wednesday, the Washington Business Journal reported that the Washington Redskin quarterback paid the tidy sum of $2.5 million for a 9,000-square foot, five-bedroom home in Loudoun County.
From the WBJ:
The football star, who’s slated to expand his household with a planned July wedding to Rebecca Liddicoat, recently acquired the Creighton Farms Drive home from Apex Custom Homes CEO W. Scott Prendergast, county records show. The property is appraised at roughly $1.8 million.
In addition to some palatial homes, Creighton Farms, where the house is located, is home to a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course, no doubt a deal sweetener for RGIII.
