How Much to Live in a Long Beach Home Centered Around a Pool?
In our weekly departure from DC-related real estate fare, we bring back the popular price-guessing game for homes in other parts of the country. This week, we head 45 minutes south of Los Angeles to Long Beach and look at a three-bedroom single-level home with a pool.
The defining characteristic of this home is the pool, which is uniquely designed in the center of the property and features an island with a Bonsai-shaped pine. The house itself measures out at almost 1,400 square feet and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are seven skylights throughout the property, a large living room wired for surround sound, and a one-car garage. The cool thing about the rooms in the home is that every one has sliding exterior doors that lead out to the property’s main attraction: the pool.
If you have a guess on the asking price for this home, just post it in the comments section below. We will reveal it next week.
