This week’s Deal of the Week is a two-floor, two-bedroom unit in the Watkins Condos development in Takoma DC. The development is essentially a gated community with secure entry and private parking for all the units. The unit itself measures out at about 1,000 square feet with a wall of windows in both the living room and master bedroom. There are hardwood floors throughout as well as a wood-burning fireplace in the living room.
