Deal of the Week: The Lowest-Priced Two-Bedroom in Dupont

For this installment of Deal of the Week, we find a two-bedroom unit on the northern edge of Dupont Circle that is the lowest priced unit of its size in the neighborhood. The duplex hit the market late last week and has a bright open living and dining area that includes a gas fireplace, hardwood floors and a small patio area off the lower level. Given its location and price, we expected this to be a popular stop on the open house circuit this past weekend. We were right. We hear that over 40 groups stopped by on Sunday.
