Deal of the Week: Four-Bedroom Victorian in Shaw With Rental Unit
Four-bedroom homes do not normally make it in the Deal of the Week feature, but we included this one for a few reasons. For one thing, the home is beautiful, and has an amazing main level with a new kitchen, exposed brick, and large bay windows. Second, there is a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor that could probably bring in around $1,100/month and help with about a third of the monthly mortgage payments. Lastly, the listing price on the home just dropped again, making for a total of $40K in price reductions since the property was listed. We think that the winning bid will be in the $700,000 range considering how long it has been on the market. More photos and info below. For the full listing, click here.
