In this week’s edition of Best New Listings, we look at a Mount Pleasant two-bedroom with no set condo fees, a 3,500 square-foot four-bedroom townhouse in Logan Circle, and a three-bedroom penthouse just south of Dupont Circle.

Mount Pleasant Two-Bedroom With No Set Condo Fees
This Mount Pleasant two-bedroom is located in a townhouse that has been converted into three units on Park Road. The duplex has a kitchen and living room on the top level and both bedrooms are on the lower level. The interesting thing about the listing, which has a parking space and shares a patio and garden with the rest of the building, is that there are no set condo fees. Rather, the owners of the units divide up expenses twice a year, which average out to about $90/month.
- Full listing: 1752 Park Road NW, Unit B (map)
- Price: $399,000
- Bedrooms: Two
- Bathrooms: One
- Square Footage: 800
- Listing Agent: Linda Low, Long & Foster

3,500 Square-Foot Four Bedroom Logan Circle Townhouse
There are any number of things that one might notice about this four-bedroom townhouse in Logan Circle (which wouldn’t look out of place in Georgetown), but what caught UrbanTurf’s eye was the fenced-in rear deck and garden (see right). The 3,500 square-foot, four-level home on O Street also has spacious living and dining rooms, a large gourmet kitchen and eight, yes eight, working fireplaces. There is also a porch that overlooks the garden and two parking spaces in back.
- Full listing: 1213 O Street NW (map)
- Price: $1.79 million
- Bedrooms: Four
- Bathrooms: 3.5
- Square Footage: 3,543
- Listing Agent: Alexandra Thomas, TTR Sotheby’s International Realty

Three-Bedroom Penthouse at Jefferson Row
The Jefferson Row condos were constructed in 2006 in a building that was originally constructed back during the 1880s. This 1,860 square-foot unit sits on the top two floors of the boutique condo project south of Dupont Circle, and is flooded with light thanks to a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and bedrooms. The main attraction of the unit, however, may be the large roof terrace, as private outdoor space is not all that common for residential units in this section of DC.
- Full listing: 1830 Jefferson Place NW, #21 (map)
- Price: $1.295 million
- Bedrooms: Three
- Bathrooms: 2.5
- Square Footage: 1,863
- Listing Agent: Judi Seiden, Prudential Carruthers
