In this week’s edition of Best New Listings, we look at a two-bedroom condo in the thick of it, a house on “The Square” in Mount Pleasant, and an updated three-bedroom Victorian in Capitol Hill.

A Two-Bedroom in the Thick of It

For those that like being in the middle of the action, this two-bedroom could be the ideal home. For those that don’t, it would be the opposite. The top-floor corner unit on Florida Avenue is seconds from 18th Street and a ten minute walk from Dupont Circle. The main living room has a south facing wall and a skylight that let in a lot of light, and on one end there is a kitchen that is a little small, but open. Though the master bedroom is sizable, with a bay window, the two other bedrooms are on the small side and are currently being used as a nursery and office. We were taken by the back patio, which is thoughtfully designed, feels very private and has a couple different sitting areas.
