The estate sale lacked interior photos, and the listing stated that the home is “in need of TLC.” While the initial asking price was on the low side for the neighborhood, at $750,000, the buyer was willing to pay more than $100,000 above the asking price to nab the property. The home was snapped up after just six days on the market.
