81 Luxury Apartments Come to Glover Park
In June, Glover Park welcomed something it has not seen in a very long time: a brand new luxury apartment building. Aptly named 2255 Wisconsin (map), and managed by Bernstein Management Corporation—a company with a long history in the DC area and close ties to the Glover Park neighborhood—the 81-unit property has just celebrated its grand opening and is already 30% preleased.
All residents of 2255 Wisconsin have the unique opportunity to decorate and design their apartment homes through Havenly, and tours of a Havenly designed model can be scheduled through the property's leasing staff (contact details below). Prospective residents can also take advantage of move-in specials and should consult with the leasing staff regarding specific details.
2255 Wisconsin features studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. They range in size from 461 to almost 900 square feet and start competitively at $1,750 for a studio, $2,060 for a one-bedroom and $3,050 for a two-bedroom. Parking is available for an additional price of $190 per month.
As the only new apartment building in Glover Park, 2255 Wisconsin offers amenities and luxuries that few other apartment buildings in the area can. Interiors are modern and both finishes and appliances are top of the line, including in-unit washer/dryers. Common spaces include a chic lobby with seating and fireplace; a roof deck with views of Observatory Circle, gas grills and an open-air kitchen; an open courtyard in the interior of the building; and a lounge with TV, bar and wifi.
The property was also built next to the Glover Park Washington Sports Club, and a Rite Aid will soon open on the property’s ground floor. Residents of 2255 Wisconsin are also walking distance from a variety of boutiques, cafes, restaurants and grocery stores, including Town Hall, Breadsoda, Sweetgreen, Einstein Bros Bagels, Rockland Barbeque & Grilling Company, Drybar hair salon and Whole Foods, which is located directly across the street.
For more on 2255 Wisconsin, visit the property online here. Tours can be arranged by calling 844-209-4518 or through the form located at the bottom of the 2255 Wisconsin homepage. For information on management company Bernstein Management Corporation, please click here.
