6 Spacious, New Townhomes Debut at Brookland Metro
Less than two blocks from the Brookland Metro, and neighboring Catholic University’s picturesque campus, GreenLine Real Estate has announced the opening of six brand new townhomes called Perry Row (map). These ground up homes feature three or four bedrooms, tons of outdoor space and—unlike many other new builds in the neighborhood—no HOA fees.
Now open for tours seven days a week by appointment, prospective buyers can also see Perry Row’s model home (immediately available for $799,990) at the property’s Open House this coming Sunday, July 12th, from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
Among the six townhomes at Perry Row, four feature three bedrooms, dens and garages; while two of the townhomes feature four bedrooms plus dens. These are exceptionally sized homes, measuring between 1,700 and 1,800 square feet, with bedrooms all including full, attached bathrooms.
The interiors at Perry Row feature hardwood floors throughout; white cabinetry and Carrara marble; waterfall kitchen islands; chrome hardware; contemporary steel railings; eight-foot doors; multiple top-floor skylights, including one in the master bathroom; and several green technologies, such as Nest Thermostats, water-saving toilets, recessed LED lighting and electric car charging ports.
Unlike other new townhomes in the Brookland neighborhood, Perry Row homes also feature large back decks (made with Trex decking), patios and private back yards.
All Perry Row townhomes are wired for SmartHome technology, which means residents can choose to operate many of their home’s functions manually or through easily programmable apps. The apps include controls for the thermostat, front door locks, the doorbell (which, when rung, can send front door video directly to your phone), the garage, interior and exterior lights, a Global Protection Security System and the sound system, which is wired throughout the common living space. Wall-mounted iPads included.
In addition to convenient access to both the Red Line Metro and buses, Perry Row is ideally located half a block from Yes! Organic Market, walking distance from Monroe Street Market, and close to Steel Plate Dining Saloon, Brookland Pint bar, Filter Coffee House, and Busboys and Poets. The property is also located across the street from Turkey Thicket Park and Recreation Center, which includes lots of green space, a brand new glass ceiling pool, a splash park, playground and fitness center.
