Yet more residential development is on the boards for Petworth.

The application says that the 2,800 square-foot retail space at the new project will “continue the tradition of retail/neighborhood servicing commercial uses.” The development, designed by PGN Architects, is looking for an exception from the minimum parking requirement, among other variances.
4328 Georgia Avenue NW would join a slew of other residential projects on the boards for the Petworth and Park View areas.
