Deanwood Metro Redevelopment

A team led by Northern Real Estate Urban Ventures (NREUV) and the Nix Development Company (NixDev) will construct 169 mixed-income residential units (50% of which will be affordable), ground floor retail and a 20,000 square-foot library on a plot adjacent to the Metro station. Architect Cunningham Quill and contractor Bozzuto Construction Company are also part of the development team. Ground is not expected to break until 2028.
