Latham Hotel Redevelopment

In August 2021, plans were revived to return a hotel to the former site of Georgetown's Latham Hotel. The new plans from Thor Equities propose a 67-room hotel with retail and restaurant space; the development is also expected to require a planned unit development (PUD) application with a map amendment. Thor Equities recently (late 2025) submitted a one-year extension request for construction of the project.
