The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Tysons

Developer Renaissance Centro has unveiled plans for The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Tysons: a 20-story, 102-unit condo development that will sit next to The Ritz-Carlton hotel and Tysons Galleria in Tysons Corner. The development will be the first Ritz-Carlton Residences in Virginia. Designed by New York-based architecture firm FXCollaborative, the tower will offer expansive residences starting at $1 million. Floor plans are being developed with London-based MAWD | March and White Design and will feature hardwood flooring, spa-inspired bathrooms, chef’s kitchens, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Tysons and the adjacent hotel. Select residences will offer direct-access elevators, fireplaces, and integrated bar areas. Construction is expected to begin in 2026, with completion and occupancy scheduled for late 2028
