Gilbane Development Company has filed plans with Arlington County to convert the office building at 3601 Wilson Boulevard into a 94-unit residential project. The building is currently vacant. The proposal is to convert the second through sixth floors of the project into residential units, with minor changes to the building exterior and landscaping. Soto Architecture and Urban Design are helming the design of the project.
