Construction is planned to start Q4 2026. The NHP Foundation has submitted plans to DC's Historic Preservation Office for a new six-story, all-affordable housing development. The new project would require demolishing the existing 36-unit apartment building at the address. A map amendment will also be filed with the DC Zoning Commission to rezone the property.
